Astrid Séville is a Substitute Professor of Political Philosophy and Theory at the Munich School of Politics and Public Policy at the Technical University of Munich. For this position, she is on leave from her assistant professorship at the Geschwister-Scholl-Institute for Political Science at the LMU. She researches and teaches on political theory, populism and democratic opposition, political communication, social transformation and inclusion processes, institutions and governance, and technocracy. Recent publications include: "Ist Dauerreflexion kommunizierbar? Das Habeck-Paradox (with Julian Müller, 2022), “Der Sound der Macht” (2018).
