Finn is Division Director at the Europe and Eurasia Programme of the Open Society Foundations (OSF), leading OSF’s work on digital transformation, just climate transition and democratic renewal in Europe. He has more than 20 years of senior programmatic and research experience in governance, democracy and civil society issues, including as Programme Director for CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation and Democracy Reporting International, as well as Research Director for Transparency International. Holding a Doctorate Degree in Political Science from Fernuniversität Hagen, Finn has published widely on civil society, democracy and corruption issues. His current work focuses on how a foundation like OSF can support a democratic and just transformation of European societies, economies and politics.
