Sylwia Bialek is an Economist serving as a scientific staff member at the German Council of Economic Experts. Her work covers, among others, energy and environmental policies, which are also the main topics of her academic research. She is also a part-time lecturer in Environmental Economics at Goethe University Frankfurt as well as an affiliated scholar with Institute for Policy Integrity at the New York University.
