Tanya is Head of Events & Operations at Das Progressive Zentrum. In tandem with the project teams, she organises and manages virtual and in-person events, from large conferences such as “Innocracy” or the “Progressive Governance Summit” to roundtable discussions and workshops. Tanya is responsible for developing new event formats, internal structure and process optimization, quality assurance, and knowledge management. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School and a Bachelor in European Studies from the University of Maastricht.
