Ulrich Hörning has been serving as Deputy Mayor for General Administration of the City of Leipzig since November 1, 2015. He previously served as a Senior Economist at the World Bank and the Federal Ministry of Finance as a Strategy and Policy Planning Officer. He holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Master-Diploma in Economics from the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen.
